Can hair loss and nosebleeds be associated with taking Dionelle?

Hello. He has been taking Dionelle tablets since February. For about a month I noticed that I have a lot more hair, very often blood flies from my nose. I did a blood clotting test and a right-to-right morphology. Could this be the reason for taking the tablets?

Łysienie (utrata owłosienia) jest możliwym, ale niezbyt częstym działaniem niepożądanym leku Dionelle - występuje rzadziej niż u 1 na 100 kobiet przyjmujących ten preparat. Nie znajduję informacji, aby preparat Dionelle powodował krwawienia z nosa. Taki skutek uboczny jest niekiedy wymieniane przy innych tabletkach antykoncepcyjnych, ale jest on określany wówczas jako rzadkie działania niepożądane (występują jedynie u od 1 do 10 na każde 10 000 osób).

Podsumowując, opisane dolegliwości statystycznie raczej z niskim prawdopodobieństwem są związane ze stosowaniem tabletek, jednak takiego związku przyczynowo-skutkowego nie można wykluczyć, zwłaszcza, jeśli przed rozpoczęciem kuracji takie objawy nie występowały.
