W przypadku prawidłowego stosowania tabletek antykoncepcyjnych Daylette nie ma przeciwwskazań do pełnego współżycia bez dodatkowego zabezpieczenia. Przy czym należy pamiętać, że stosowanie antykoncepcji hormonalnej nie chroni przed chorobami przenoszonymi drogą płciową:
