How is Dicloduo Combi used? Can I combine Dicloduo Combi and Theraflu Extragrip?

Hi, I got inflammation of the trailer of the thigh muscle and in the knee and therefore I have commissioned by the doctor Dicloduo Combi to take 1 capsule of 3 x per day. However, I read in the leaflet that you should not take more than 1 per day. Can I still take the dose my doctor has told me to take? And if so, how many hours of break to take between capsules? I would also like to ask if I can use Teraflu Ekstra Grip with this medicine? Thank you in advance for your reply and greetings

Lek Dicloduo Combi powinien być stosowany zgodnie z zaleceniami lekarza prowadzącego. Być może w Pani przypadku niezbędne jest zwiększenie zaleconego dawkowania leku.
