Does low withdrawal bleeding rule out pregnancy?

I said I wanted to ask if it was normal that my withdrawal bleeding is much smaller than always. I would add that I have always taken medication with constant over and had a lot of stress associated with baccalaureate. So I exclude pregnancies. Plus I read that if there is bleeding from withdrawal even small it excludes pregnancies or is it true?
