Jeśli pierwszą tabletkę Sylvie 30 przyjmie Pani między 2. a 5. dniem cyklu, to tabletka chroni przed ciążą dopiero po upływie 7 dni, jeśli później - dopiero od kolejnego blistra.

Na ten czas należy dodatkowo zabezpieczać się prezerwatywą.
