How do I proceed if I put the puck on any day of the cycle?

A random day of insertion of ginoring. I had a break of about 2 months from thevaginal discs, together with the gynecologist decided to return to them. I was supposed to put on the first day of menstruation, but unfortunately my body gave me wrong signs, 27.04 in the evening I noticed that something was going to light up and the period was getting ready, in the morning of 28.04 I thought this period was confirmed and I put the puck. 29.04 (today) I already knew that these were wrong signs and this is not a period. When I had the last one I don't remember, so I don't even know when I should get it now. What should I do in this situation? How do I proceed? If it was a normal day. Should I wait out menstruation with this disc now? From the day I put on wait 3tyg, 1tydz break and another? Should I throw it away and wait for a period to start a new one? This puck I already have in myself equal 24h at this point, was applied 04:00. 28.04.
