Am I late for taking Escapelle?

Hi, on the first day of planned menstruation, I had intercourse with my boyfriend during, which broke our condom and about an hour later I took the tablet the day after, to avoid pregnancy even though it was an inferttal day, previously we secured ourselves with condoms and everything was okay. I did a pregnancy test 3 days after the date of the planned start of menstruation and taking the "pill the day after " or is it possible that after all it did not work as it should and I can be pregnant ? Is the period of delay for me to take this tablet?
