Według mojej najlepszej wiedzy - wielkością kapsułki.
Zarówno Ibum Express, jak i Ibum Forte zawierają 400 mg ibuprofenu w postaci kapsułki miękkiej - substancja przeciwbólowa jest w formie roztworu, zamkniętego w żelatynowej otoczce. Składniki pomocnicze są takie same. Deklarowane maksymalne stężenie ibuprofenu w osoczu osiągane jest w ciągu 1 do 2 godzin po podaniu dla obu leków.
