Should I be worried that I am pregnant if I have received a negative pregnancy test?

Good morning for 7 months I am on Vixpo tablets, taking them regularly in this muscle I have not missed any tablet, neither through diarrhea nor by vomiting or other medications. However, I seemed to take 2 tablets twice because I was not sure if she took them. Today I have my 3 tablet pacebo and withdrawal bleeding did not occur, I did a pregnancy test came out negative, just like the one I did yesterday. Should I worry about being pregnant? Can the lack of bleeding be due to the fact that I took 2 tablets too much in this muscle since the tests came out negative
