Zarówno telmisartan zawarty w produkcie leczniczym Polsart, jak i enoksaparyna - substancja czynna leku Neoparin mogą zwiększać ryzyko hiperkaliemii, czyli zbyt wysokiego stężenia potasu we krwi.

Stosowanie obu leków jednocześnie nie jest przeciwwskazane, zwłaszcza jeśli lek Neoparin stosuje się krótkotrwale. Jeśli lekarz przepisujący Neoparin miał świadomość, że pacjent stosuje na stałe lek Polsart, w jego ocenie ryzyko związane z jednoczesnym stosowaniem obu wspomnianych leków przewyższa ewentualne ryzyko. Należy więc postępować zgodnie z zaleceniami lekarza.
