Will I experience withdrawal bleeding if I have taken only 1 placebo tablet of Vines? If I started a new pack, would I go back to placebo tablets?

I was terribly confused. Recently I changed jobs, I go to various shifts, also for nights after 12 hours and do not contact. I literally made a wrong day of the week. Yesterday I took a placebo (the first one) and I wanted to combine the packaging. So today I took the first tablet from the new blister, being sure that yesterday I took the active one normally. I take Vines. So I took a one-day break. The most sensible thing in this situation seems to me to continue the packaging and not take a break anymore. The question is, is the protection maintained? And will withdrawal bleeding appear?
