Nie, nie ma leku o podobnym do Nasenu działaniu dostępnych bez recepty. Są to silne leki wydawane jedynie z przepisu lekarza. Na rynku bez recepty dostępne są uspokajające leki na bazie wyciągów roślinnych, ale ich działanie jest dużo słabsze.
