Can Bibloc cause tinnitus?

Hi, I'm 42 years old. For a week I have been taking 2.5mb of Bibloc in the morning. It was prescribed because of high heart rate ( about 120 beats ) and pressure 150/90. From the moment of the introduction of this drug, I began to scum and squeaking in my ears. The doctor claims that it is the body's reaction to slowing down the work of the heart and a drop in pressure ( 110/70, 65 strokes) Is this a normal symptom with this drug ?
