Did 4 pregnancy tests show the correct result if the intercourse I had in January?

Good morning. I have a question attitude that was one push of the penis in the sheath without protection (it sounds ridiculous, but it was only one insertion, there was no ejaculation) it took place on 30.01 and since then I have done 4 pregnancy tests, each with a weekly interval. I had menstruation, but there were some strange, scant. Every test was negative. Did they show the correct result? I don't have any signs of pregnancy, but since Monday I feel like I'm still going to the toilet. For the BTA HCG test I have no way to go, I'm not 18 years old.
