Is it better to take the tablet after waiting a month, or is it possible to take it on the 4th day of the cycle?

Good morning. I have a question about Microgynon 21 tablets. I take them to make my periods lighter, i don't mean contraception in this case. I missed taking the tablets, my break will be 11 days, On Monday I will receive a prescription and I should start using them yesterday. Is it better for me to wait a full month with application, or is it better to take them late after four days (7+4 the total break will be 11 days). It will be large if I take it four days after the date of correct use. If I stop using now, will my first post-menstruation be very abundant, or will hormones not return to their normal before taking the tablets? Thank you for your reply, Regards
