Rzeczywiście, podczas stosowania leku Xarelto krwawienie miesiączkowe może być nasilone lub wydłużone, nie stanowi to jednak wskazania do zaprzestania terapii.
Zaniepokoić się należy dopiero wtedy, gdy będą mu towarzyszyły objawy, takie jak, m.in. osłabienie, bladość, zawroty głowy, ból głowy lub obrzęk niewiadomego pochodzenia, duszność, ból w klatce piersiowej lub wstrząs niewiadomego pochodzenia.
W takiej sytuacji leczenie należy przerwać i jak najszybciej skontaktować się z lekarzem.
