The doctor prescribed me magnesium with b6 2x1 tablet per day, the second is to be overnight. I bought magnesium solgar tablets with b6, there is in the leaflet 3 tablets after a meal and now I do not know how to take it, please hint

Proszę przyjmować produkt Solgar zgodnie z zaleceniami lekarza, czyli 2x1 tabletka, w tym jedna na noc. Tabletki należy przyjmować po posiłku lub lekkiej przekąsce.
