Do I need to be extra protected when changing from Sylvie 30 to Sylva 20?
Should I protect myself when changing my tablets from Sylvie 30 to Sylva 20? I heard from my doctor that it would be good to use an additional form of protection for at least 7 days after starting taking Sylvie 20. But he didn't tell me when to start taking them, so I did as usual - I started Sylvie 20 after a 7-day break from taking Sylva 30. Now I read that I should have started them on the day of the withdrawal bleeding. Yesterday, on the last day of the 7-day break, I had sex with my boyfriend without additional security and I am afraid that I am now less protected. Is that true? What to do in such a situation?

Zgodnie z Charakterystyką Produktu Leczniczego Sylvie 20, stosowanie leku można rozpocząć następnego dnia po zakończeniu 7-dniowej przerwy w przyjmowaniu Sylvie 30, postąpiła więc Pani prawidłowo, ochrona podczas stosunku była zachowana.
Nie musi się Pani dodatkowo zabezpieczać przy takiej zmianie, jednak jeśli otrzymała Pani takie zalecenie od ginekologa, proszę się do niego stosować.
