Is the bubble under the ear on the lymph node a contraindication to asertin?

The psychiatrist prescribed me Asertin today, I planned to start taking it from tomorrow, but during the visit I forgot to tell him that a bubble jumped out of my ear for a week under my ear. I'm going to visit an ENT doctor on Monday - And now I don't know if I can start taking them from tomorrow anyway, or if it doesn't interfere. I wonder if to call the clinic tomorrow morning asking for some contact with a psychiatrist to ask if i've given myself and start taking from tomorrow or maybe find out on Monday what jumped out and ask the ENT if it does not interfere with taking antidepressants. How do you plant?
