Does a two-component drug have a greater effect than a single component on lowering testosterone levels?

Good morning After 4 months of taking Slinda tablets for lowering testosterone it turned out that nothing helped . Your doctor prescribed me other Bonadea tablets. If I took my last Slinda tablet 12 days ago, can I start taking a new medicine right away or should I wait a month for the 1st day of the period? Does a two-component drug have a greater effect on lowering testosterone?

Najlepiej poczekać z przyjęciem pierwszej tabletki leku Bonadea do pierwszego dnia fizjologicznej miesiączki - wtedy jest Pani chroniona przed ciążą.

Jeśli rozpocznie Pani stosowanie leku Bonadea na tym etapie należy dodatkowo zabezpieczać się do końca opakowania.

Jeśli natomiast chodzi o wpływ tabletek antykoncepcyjnych dwuskładnikowych na poziom testosteronu, to zależy wszystko od tego, jakie hormony wchodzą w skład danego leku dwuskładnikowego. Nie każdy leku dwuskładnikowy obniża lepiej poziom testosteronu niż tabletki jednoskładnikowe.
