Według mojej najlepszej wiedzy - nie. Według Narodowego Programu Szczepień skierowania na szczepienie będą przekazywane kolejnym osobom zgodnie z przynależnością do grupy wiekowej lub zawodowej. Harmonogram szczepień w żadnym miejscu nie ujmuje dodatkowych uprawnień krwiodawców (ani innych uprawnionych np. niepełnosprawnych, uprawnionych żołnierzy) jako kwalifikujących do priorytetowego zaszczepienia.

Przypuszczam, że warto byłoby pytanie w tym zakresie skierować do Narodowego Funduszu Zdrowia lub do odpowiedniej komórki w Ministerstwie Zdrowia.
