Can administering a probiotic aggravate the problem of constipation?

Hello. The doctor recommended for constipation (resulting from the expansion of the diet) in the infant dicoflor. I read that this preparation is administered, m.in. for diarrhea with antibiotic therapy. In that case, will it not aggravate the problem of constipation in the son?
