Does Structum affect menstrual disorders?

Good morning, I was diagnosed with the onset of osteoarthritis of the temporal-mandibual joints. The doctor prescribed me structum after which I felt an improvement, but I had more problems with the menstrual cycle (at the same time I also had a lot of stresses). I also have hypothyroidism, I have been taking Euthyrox for 10 years. I stopped the joint pain a little bit, but the menstruation improved. Stress also controlled. Would I be under stress and thyroid disease or structum? I don't hide that I'd rather take it back because it worked well for me.
