To @Paczek: additional contraception is only necessary the first time if you started using the method differently than on the first day of menstruation. Then, if you use the method correctly, contraception is maintained continuously.
Good morning, or as I put the disc on the second day of menstruation, this additional contraception is necessary only the first time, or all the time you need to protect yourself?

W takiej sytuacji działanie krążka wykształca się w pełni dopiero po 7 dniach. Na ten czas proszę dodatkowo zabezpieczać się prezerwatywą.
