Tamoxifen has been taking for 4 years now. But, unfortunately, it is only now that the pain symptoms of muscles and bones have increased. I was even at the orthopedist, who said that often with tamoxifen the muscle abutment hurts. The pain was already beginning to prevent me from functioning normally and, above all, from working. A year ago I was running, going to the gym. I was looking for information on the internet on how to relieve muscle and bone pain. I came across information about vit D2 or D3. Over a month of taking vit. D2 and confirm actually works. The pain has not completely disappeared but I can work normally, climb stairs, etc. I am very grateful for this information. Regards Joanna
