On Thursday morning I took 1 tablet from the Qlair package. I returned it and took the first pill from another package (enteric tube) again. On Friday, I didn't take it at all because I was sick. Is it Friday should I take two at a time or just Friday?

If vomiting occurred within about 3-4 hours after taking the tablet, another tablet should be taken, which was done correctly.
If you then miss another dose, the procedure depends on how long it has been since you were scheduled to take the tablet: If it is less than 24 hours since you missed it, take the missed tablet as soon as possible and the next one at the usual time, even if this means taking two tablets on the same day. If more than 24 hours have passed, follow the instructions in the package leaflet for that day of your cycle and use an additional method of contraception for a period of time.
