What can be used for gastric erosion and what can Acard be replaced with in this situation?

I'm taking cardiac acard and I have stomach erosions, what can I use therapeutically and what can I use instead of acard?

In the case of gastric erosion, protective treatment is usually used, most often a proton pump inhibitor (IPP), which reduces acid secretion and promotes mucosal healing. Such treatment can usually be safely combined with Acard and is often even recommended when stomach changes appear.

As a pharmacist, within my competence, I can suggest over-the-counter remedies, e.g.:

If symptoms persist despite treatment, your doctor may consider modifying your antiplatelet therapy or, in some situations, switching to another anticoagulant/antiplatelet medication — but this is a strictly cardiac decision depending on your cardiovascular risk.
