Hello. Last week on Thursday I should have had my period, there was nothing. On Saturday there was a rapprochement between me and my partner, he ended up, but on my chest I was terrified, I took an ellaone pill. The next day, my period began. Today the man ended up on my stomach again, the semen didn't drain, I quickly wiped myself and changed my clothes. However, I took a look at the calendar and I have 4 days until ovulation. I'm very scared. What should I do?

Since there was no ejaculation in the vagina, the risk of pregnancy in the described situation is practically zero. The semen was on the skin of the abdomen and chest, and in addition, it was quickly removed, so there is no reason to worry about pregnancy.
Taking EllaOne after an earlier approach was not necessary, but it could delay or change the nature of your period — which is why bleeding occurred a day later.
Currently, there are also no indications for the reuse of emergency contraception. Please try not to suggest only with an ovulation calculation app, as such predictions are often inaccurate.
If you are planning to continue having sex and would like to avoid similar stress in the future, it is worth considering a visit to a gynaecologist and choosing regular contraception, e.g. hormonal pills.
