If the doctor considers it justified, there are no contraindications to treatment with Mounjaro during therapy with Epclusa. Medications should be used as prescribed by your doctor.
In case the doctor did not know about the preparations used, I encourage you to repeat the consultation or use, for example, a paid teleconsultation in Polish, m.in via the Gdziepolek.pl portal:

I encourage you to pay special attention to the observed blood sugar levels. Treatment of hepatitis C infection can cause changes in glycaemic control and hypoglycaemia (excessively low blood sugar) is possible. Additional use of Mounjaro may increase the decrease in sugar levels.
