Will transporting medicines in a thermal bag to Egypt protect them from overheating?
15.00 zł

Hello, we are going on vacation to Egypt, due to the high temperature I am afraid of medication (birth control pills, probiotic, electrolytes, something painkiller). Can these really lose their properties due to high temperature? I'm especially worried about birth control pills. Is such a thermal bag a good solution? Should it be with a cooling cartridge? It also doesn't want to make the temperature too low
Or is there some other way to transport medicines?

Drugs stored at too high a temperature can lose their properties and become toxic (as a result of the reactions that occur). The transport of medicines on the plane itself does not pose any difficulties - medicines should be transported in hand luggage, in the passenger cabin, where there is an appropriate temperature. Storing medication in the hotel may be a problem if the room is not air-conditioned. A thermal bag with a cartridge allows you to keep it cool for up to several hours (check the manufacturer's recommendations), but you should avoid direct contact of the frozen cartridge with the drug.
