If the drug has been prescribed by a doctor, do not stop the treatment without first consultation. Acard is usually recommended as a prophylaxis of heart attacks/strokes and thrombosis. Treatment of varicose veins may require the use of other medications, as well as compression therapy (anti-varicose tights/stockings).
