To @Kudlata:

Dose modifications should be made after consultation with a doctor. Changing the dosage on your own increases the risk of even greater pressure spikes, malaise or headaches intensifying.

I encourage you to keep a notebook with measurements at least until you consult a doctor. This will allow you to show the doctor how the results were formed. It is worth adding additional symptoms, such as headache with specific measurements. This will make it easier to choose the right treatment regimen in your case.

I'll just reduce the doses, because I think it's better than taking it and putting it to sleep standing up because my blood pressure is rising. So if I take such doses another day, nothing will change and it may be worse, so please advise.thank you in advance for your answer

Malaise and headache can be caused by:

1) pressure spikes

2) medications used (headache is a common side effect of both of these drugs)

Do not interrupt the treatment on your own and reduce the dose of medication. The change in treatment strategy should be done under the supervision of a doctor (this is a long-term process, with a gradual reduction in dosage). Sudden changes in the way you treat may cause side effects.

In case of any doubts, I encourage you to use the teleconsultation with a cardiologist - the service is available on our website in the e-visit tab:

In case of severe ailments, you should report to the clinic on duty on holidays.
