Can DicloDuo Combi (75mg+20mg) also be taken with Glucophage XR 500mg? I'm supposed to take DicloDuo in the morning and Glucophage in the evening. Additionally, can I do blood tests (TSH, TS3, TS4, ATG, ATPO and CRP) while taking DicloDuo?

Clinical studies have shown no interactions between diclofenac-containing drugs (e.g. Dicloduo) and antidiabetic drugs. Isolated cases of glycaemic fluctuations have been reported, so it is recommended to take more frequent blood sugar measurements during concomitant treatment with these preparations.
The use of Dicloduo Combi may interfere with the assessment of CRP and TSH levels in the blood, so it is best to test after treatment is completed (if possible). Before performing the test, you should inform the diagnostician about all recently taken medications.
