Can I rule out pregnancy if I have a delayed menstrual period, after using ellaOne and a negative pregnancy test?
Good evening I had my period on March 10 and on the 31st I took intercourse after two hours ella one on Monday 6 I should have arrived the period yesterday and today I did the test but negative will arrive ?? I have hard and swollen breasts, can I rest assured?

Your situation is unlikely to indicate pregnancy. The ellaOne morning-after pill can delay menstruation by up to several days, as well as cause symptoms such as tenderness and swelling of the breasts – these are common side effects.
A negative result of a test performed 10 days after intercourse already gives a result with a high degree of probability, but to be completely sure, it is worth repeating the test in 2-3 days, preferably from morning urine. In order to exclude/confirm pregnancy, you can take one of the pregnancy tests available in online pharmacies or stationary pregnancy tests.
