Hello, I take Prefaxine (venlafaxine) and Slinda on a daily basis. Can venlafaxine weaken the effects of slivin? I read various opinions and I want to ask because my boyfriend and I practiced petting. He was just playing with the penis a little, from which a transparent liquid flowed, but without ending. Then he put his fingers in my vagina. Do these drugs interact with each other and is there any possibility of getting pregnant in such a situation?

So if there was a preyaculate on the fingers and it was inserted deep into the vagina, there is no such possibility?

The leaflet states that you need to tell your doctor prescribing venlafaxine that you are using hormonal contraception. The annotation regarding the possible interaction and the need for careful combination of drugs results, m.in, from the lack of precise clinical trials.
In your case, I do not see the possibility of getting pregnant for "technical" reasons. In order for fertilization to occur, sperm must be in the woman's reproductive tract (vaginal intercourse in vaginal ejaculation, during the woman's fertile days).

So why is it included in the leaflet if there are no confirmatory tests? I haven't encountered such notes in other antidepressants and I'm worried. So in my case it is impossible?

In the described situation, I do not see the risk of getting pregnant (no possibility of fertilization).
The manufacturer of Slinda does not indicate a risk of interactions with antidepressants. In the case of Prefaxine, no such studies have been carried out.
I attach the information on the summary of product characteristics:
"In the post-marketing setting, cases of unplanned pregnancies have been reported in patients taking oral contraceptives while being treated with venlafaxine. There is no clear evidence to support that these pregnancies were the result of an interaction between contraceptive drugs and venlafaxine. No interaction studies with hormonal contraceptives have been performed."
