I've been taking Nasen for 3 months and I can't fall asleep without it - can I be addicted?

I suffer from insomnia. I've been taking sleep every 2 days for three months. When I take sleep, I sleep very well, when I take it, I don't sleep at all. I'm afraid of addiction. Am I already addicted?

Long-term use of Nesen is not recommended. Treatment should be as short as possible. The duration of use should not exceed 4 weeks, including the period of gradual dose reduction. In some situations, the doctor may recommend extending the treatment, but this is associated with an increased risk of developing tolerance and addiction.

Abrupt discontinuation of Nasen after long-term use may cause withdrawal symptoms (headaches, anxiety, tension, irritability) as well as rebound insomnia. The drug should be discontinued gradually, preferably under the supervision of a doctor. Your doctor may recommend taking other calming medications to minimize the discomfort associated with sleep disorders.
