The combination of fluvoxamine and venlafaxine can cause an excessive increase in serotonin levels in the brain, which threatens to cause serious disorders referred to as serotonin syndrome. If you experience vomiting, headache and dizziness, fever, high blood pressure, seizures, hallucinations, chills, profuse sweating, impaired coordination, anxiety, hyperactivity or other alarming symptoms, consult your doctor immediately.
