Good evening, on February 18 I had a protected intercourse, but at the end of the intercourse we realized that the condom had broken, as a precaution I took the ella one pill already an hour after intercourse.
The last period took place on January 26 and consulting my app I should have ovulated on the 11th
To this day I have stomach ache and breast pain like menstruation. Yesterday I was supposed to arrive yesterday, is this normal?

The symptoms you described are very common side effects of taking EllaOne and do not necessarily mean pregnancy.
The active ingredient of the tablet (ulipristal acetate) works by delaying ovulation, which directly affects the length of the cycle. In many patients, menstruation occurs a few days earlier or later than usual; A delay exceeding 7 days affects about 7% of women.
Abdominal pain and breast tenderness are common symptoms reported after emergency contraception, resulting from a sudden change in hormone levels in the body. They can resemble premenstrual syndrome (PMS) or early symptoms of pregnancy, which can be stressful, but most often it's just a reaction to a drug.
Taking the EllaOne pill just an hour after intercourse drastically increases its effectiveness. In addition, if your ovulation calculations (February 11) were correct, intercourse on February 18 was already in the infertile phase, which is an additional protective factor.
Although the risk is low, for complete peace of mind, I recommend taking a home pregnancy test (from morning urine). Since the menstrual period was due yesterday, the result of the test performed now will be fully reliable. In order to exclude/confirm pregnancy, you can take one of the pregnancy tests available in online pharmacies or stationary pregnancy tests. Ultrasensitive tests, detecting a pregnancy that is just a few days old, include, m.in:
