In order for fertilization to occur, sperm must be in the woman's reproductive tract (it should be remembered that live sperm may be present in the pre-ejaculate). Ejaculation outside the vagina significantly limits the possibility of fertilization. I encourage you to discuss with your gynaecologist the possibility of implementing permanent contraception. The "after pill" is intended for episodic use.
