Do not do this unless your doctor recommends it.
The maximum daily dose of amlodipine (the active substance in Amlozek) is 10 mg. By taking 10 mg additionally, the daily dose will be exceeded.
Do not increase the dose yourself. In addition, it is worth bearing in mind that studies have shown that doses of amlodipine above 10 mg do not provide additional benefits in blood pressure control and may increase the risk of side effects. Therefore, adding 10 mg of Amlozek may not lower blood pressure, but increase the risk of side effects such as dizziness, swelling or headaches.
If the standard doses of medications you are taking do not bring satisfactory results, it is worth consulting your doctor again.
