Good morning, I'm using the ginoring disc. I always apply it on Tuesdays at 20:30, but because of my bad mood I forgot about it and put it on Wednesday at 00:30, which is 4 hours later after a week's break.
When should I safely pull it out to maintain protection? I would also like to apply it on Tuesdays at 8 p.m.; 30, which is the way I originally did it.
I will be grateful for an answer.

You can use Ginoring as before, i.e. at 8:30 p.m. Earlier removal of the disc will not affect the effectiveness of the drug, but later insertion of Ginoring may affect its action, so for the next 7 days you should use additional protection during intercourse.
