Typically, patients taking Opipramol will see a gradual effect of the medicine over a period of 2 weeks from the start of treatment. If there is still no improvement after 4 weeks, contact your doctor. Opipramol has an anxiolytic and calming effect, and also improves mood. The lack of the expected sleeping effect may indicate the need to implement other medications.
