Yes, you can take one tablet of Entresto 49mg/51mg, instead of two tablets of Entresto 24mg/26mg, as long as your doctor has recommended this dose. In the name of the drug, the doses are rounded, the actual doses of active substances are:
- Entresto 24mg/26mg: "Each film-coated tablet contains 24.3 mg of sacubitril and 25.7 mg of valsartan."
- Entresto 49mg/51mg: "Each film-coated tablet contains 48.6 mg of sacubitril and 51.4 mg of valsartan"
By taking 1 tablet of Entresto 49mg/51mg, you will take the same dose as in 2 tablets of Entresto 24mg/26mg.
