Hello, I am taking Drovelis contraceptive pills. About 3 hours after taking the pill, I vomited. I immediately took an additional contraceptive pill. In such a situation of taking an additional pill, should I finish the cycle the day before? What is the procedure in this situation and has the protection been maintained despite vomiting? I will add that I also take Parogen tablets, Pramolan regularly and occasionally the drug Nasen (zolpidem)

You can either finish your cycle early or take an extra tablet from the spare pack of Drovelis. If vomiting occurs less than 3-4 hours after taking the active tablet, an additional tablet may be taken. You have acted correctly and if you do not vomit within the next 3-4 hours after taking the additional tablet, the protection is maintained. The next tablet should be taken at the standard time.
