The symptoms you have described, and in particular swollen eyes, may indicate an allergic reaction or intolerance to the ingredients of Mibrex (mirabegron). Swelling in the area of the face is always an alarm signal that requires immediate medical consultation, because in rare cases it can turn into more dangerous angioedema.
Dizziness is also a reported side effect of this preparation, resulting from its effect on the urinary and circulatory systems. Hold off on taking the next dose of the medicine until you have spoken to your doctor, who will assess the severity of your reaction and decide whether to change your therapy to a safer one.
If the swelling increases, shortness of breath, wheezing or severe weakness, seek medical attention immediately. Until the consultation, it is worth avoiding other new drugs and observing the symptoms.
I encourage you to report the symptoms you experience to your doctor, as well as to report the occurrence of adverse reactions to the preparation.
