Clexane (enoxaparin) is not a drug that typically causes dry eyes and this symptom is not one of its common side effects.
Dry eyes can have other causes, such as prolonged screen work, air conditioning, fluid deficiency, hormonal changes, or other medications used. If the symptom appeared during therapy, it is worth using moisturizing eye drops ("artificial tears"), e.g.
