I encourage you to discontinue the administration of Ebilfumin (oseltamivir) to your daughter and to consult your pediatrician urgently, as the symptoms described – dizziness, insomnia, nosebleeds, vomiting and abdominal pain – indicate possible side effects of the drug, especially in children, where it is used with caution.
In such a situation, contact a doctor to assess the legitimacy of continued use or possible change of therapy; Do not administer another dose without consulting if symptoms are severe. It is worth administering the medicine during a meal on an ad hoc basis, which sometimes reduces nausea and vomiting. If severe bleeding, persistent vomiting, increased dizziness, neurological symptoms, or deterioration of general condition occur, urgent medical attention is required.
