Yes, you can. Such a combination is sometimes used, but only under the strict supervision of a doctor.

Xanax and neuroleptics can mutually aggravate side effects, especially drowsiness, dizziness, slowed reactions, decreased blood pressure and, in extreme cases, breathing disorders. The risk depends on the specific neuroleptic, doses and health condition of the patient. During therapy, you should avoid alcohol and do not drive, and in case of excessive sleepiness or other worrying symptoms, contact your doctor.
