What if I forgot to apply my first Evra contraceptive patch yesterday and I remembered it this morning? I think it makes a big difference that we always apply the patch late at night around 10 p.m., so it's been no more than 10 hours late. Will today be a new day to change the patch and do I need to use an additional method of contraception? I will also mention that the previous packaging was used correctly without delay

If the delay in applying the first patch has not exceeded 24 hours, apply the patch as soon as possible and continue using it according to the original scheme.
Today does not become a new day to change the patch – the next patches should be changed on the previously agreed day. Since the previous pack was used correctly and the delay was short, there is no need for an additional method of contraception. In the future, it's a good idea to set a reminder to avoid delays. Please note that with Evra patches, fixed application times are key for optimal protection.
