Yes, you can. It is possible to redeem a prescription issued in Ukraine in Poland if it contains the appropriate data:
1) Patient information: patient's name(s), patient's address;
2) Information about the medicine: commonly used (international) name or trade name, form, strength, quantity;
3) The date of issue of the prescription;
4) Data of the person issuing the prescription in the form of a print or seal and the handwritten signature of the person issuing the prescription.
